The Asset: The Tesseract Phenomenon
ClassificationParacausal / Non-Newtonian
DriverIndeterminate (Theoretic: Will, Biological Stress, or Instinct)
Core Description:
The User possesses the capacity to manifest and access a localized dimensional anomaly. Observers cannot determine if this space exists permanently or is generated on demand. There are no consistent physical laws governing its operation; it appears to react fluidly to the User’s immediate needs or emotional state, defying standard scientific analysis.
I. The Manifestation: The Bleed
VisualThe ability centers on the User's palms, appearing as a swelling, maroon-red singularity. It does not reflect light; it absorbs it.
The BridgeWhen fully opened, the singularity expands into an amorphous, shimmering distortion. It acts as a tear in the local reality, bridging the gap between the physical world and the interior anomaly.
MechanismUnknown. There is no detectable energy signature prior to activation. It simply opens, like an eye.
II. The Interior: The Red Deep
The EnvironmentA volatile, non-Euclidean space. Reports suggest it is a boundless void that provides footing and atmosphere only when the User requires it. The laws of gravity and momentum inside are subjective, seemingly tethered to the User's focus.
Time DilationNone. Chronological time proceeds inside the anomaly at the same rate as the physical world.
Sanctuary & Hazard: The User can step entirely into this space to vanish from the physical plane. While inside, they are intangible to the outside world. However, they are blind to external events; reality continues to move forward without them.
StorageThe anomaly can hold physical matter. Objects introduced to the space hang suspended in the void. Large-scale objects (vehicles, debris) can be "swallowed" by the distortion and retrieved later.
The Unknown VariableBiological matter or complex machinery left inside for extended periods sometimes exhibits strange alterations upon retrieval—slight changes in temperature, magnetic polarity, or texture. The cause is unknown.
III. Externalization: The Crimson Force
The User can invert the anomaly, forcing the internal pressure of the dimension out into the physical world. This manifests not as a precise technique, but as a raw projection of force.
AbsorptionThe anomaly creates a vacuum effect. Energy directed at the User (electrical discharges, thermal blasts) is not deflected but "eaten." The energy vanishes into the rift. It is unknown where this energy goes or if it is destroyed.
The Void ProjectionThe User can detach parts of the anomaly, throwing "shapes" of unstable red distortion. Upon contact with physical matter, these shapes do not impact; they erase. They act as localized gravity wells that tear targets apart by pulling them into the anomaly's destruction field.
The ShieldingIn moments of distress, the anomaly instinctively expands to cover the User, catching projectiles and debris in a suspended state of non-existence before expelling them.
