Chryssander Randolf Lyall-Helvig (Lyall by birth, Helvig by his own choosing; born 314) is a figure of the C9 universe, recorded as homo sapiens (tesseract conduit variant), one of the young people who formed the House of Confidence on Aerogaea 347n. He came out of earth standard and industrial sector.

Chryssander is recorded for tesseract structural realignment (the portal). His skin is regenerative but damaged. Cellular turnover is accelerated to combat the constant radiation from his own powers. The skin on his arms is thin, papery, and constantly peeling — radiation dermatitis from channeling the Tesseract. He bandages them daily. His system runs on his system runs hot.
