C9 is a universe, not a planet. Aerogaea 347n is one world inside it — the setting of the first
books. Above every planet sits the E1 Consensus, and this library is how the universe is told:
not by a narrator, but by the people who were there.
Every work in the library was written by someone inside the universe. They are always right
about what they observed. They are always wrong about what they didn't see. The reader pieces together
the truth across documents. We do not correct them. We publish them.
